What Can Affect the Delivery Schedule?

Destination documentation requirements

Shipping time is not included in the production lead time. The total delivery schedule also depends on the selected transport method, destination port and customs clearance arrangements.

Can Urgent Orders Be Accepted?

Urgent production may be considered for selected repeat products, depending on raw material availability and the current production schedule. Expedited production cannot be guaranteed until the order has been reviewed and confirmed.

How Does Product Development Work?

The normal development process includes:

Requirement review
You provide the target product, dimensions, intended market, packaging format and estimated order volume.

Feasibility assessment
Our production team reviews the raw material, processing method, production tolerance and expected yield.

Sample development
Samples are prepared for your evaluation. More than one trial may be required for a new size or shape.

Specification confirmation
The approved dimensions, weight range, appearance, moisture target and packaging requirements are recorded in the product specification.

Pilot or production order
Production begins after the specification, commercial terms and packaging details have been approved.

Can Every Product Have an Exact Size?

Natural products such as rabbit ears, whole fish and fish skin can vary because of the original raw material. They can be sorted into agreed size or weight ranges, but complete uniformity may not always be technically realistic.

Cut, formed and freeze-dried products usually allow tighter control over dimensions. We will explain the achievable tolerance before sample approval and bulk production.

Is Exclusivity Available?

Product or market exclusivity may be considered for selected projects. It normally depends on:

The uniqueness of the specification

Development or tooling requirements

Minimum order quantity

Annual purchase commitment

Territory and exclusivity period

Any exclusivity arrangement must be agreed separately in writing. A standard size or shape already offered to other customers cannot automatically be treated as exclusive.
