For most standard natural pet treat orders, the normal production lead time is approximately 30–45 days after all order details have been confirmed.

The production period normally starts after we have received:

The confirmed purchase order

The required deposit

The approved product specification

The approved packaging artwork

Any required label or carton information

Does the Lead Time Differ by Order Type?

Yes. The estimated lead time depends on the product, packaging and development requirements.

Repeat Bulk Orders

Repeat orders using an approved product specification and standard bulk packaging normally have the shortest lead time.

Private-Label Orders

OEM or private-label orders may require additional time for:

Packaging material production

Artwork confirmation

Label review

Printed bag or carton approval

Final packing arrangements

New Product Development

New sizes, shapes, formulations or packaging formats may require additional time for feasibility review, sample development and specification approval before commercial production begins.
